10 commandments of diet

The ten commandments of diet simply are:ten-commandments-of-diet

1. Eat many small meals all throughout the day
2. Thou shalt not skip breakfast
3. Do not deprive yourself of 3 litres of water daily
4. Diet should consist of around 50% Vegetables 25% Meat and 25% starch
5. Thou shalt eat only good fat
6. Eat thy fiber
7. Choose grain for less pain
8. Eat dark chocolate, healthy fat (fatty fish)
9. Avoid processed flour, refined oil and refined sugar
10. Avoid mayonnaise, full fat milk, cream and most fast foods

There is still other food choices for example low or lowered GI, lowered sodium (salt), low or lowered sugar (or replace sugar with honey) and many other factors that play a role in unhealthy eating choices.
