Stress less excersizes:
1. Find a small stone, pebble or rock and adopt it.
2. Close your eyes and count to five, then open your eyes
3. Breathe in deeply, hold your deep breath in for three counts and exhale slowly
4. Repeat step three, three times
5. Look at your stress less stone, pebble or rock and study it. Try very hard to notice something new about or around it.
Less Stress = Weight Loss!
You will see that once you reduce the amount of stress you experience from your environment or situations, you will automatically eat less and of course once you eat less weight loss is guaranteed!
The thing is though that if you lose weight by reducing your stress, this type of weight loss is usually a more permanent type of weight loss (than fad diets, etc) and less stress also means a healthier and happier you!
