08:37 275ml Rooibos tea, 40ml low fat milk

09:45 275ml Rooibos tea, 40ml low fat milk

11:05 275ml Rooibos tea, 40ml low fat milk

13:00 Half tin of tuna, 2tsp fat free mayo and lettuce

13:00 275ml Rooibos tea, 40ml low fat milk

15:30 275ml Rooibos tea, 40ml low fat milk

18:30 Grilled Chicken breast (no skin) Boiled mixed vegetables and half of a small baked potato with tsp butter

19:00 175ml glass Merlot and 2x gram crackers with 30g cheese

Throughout the day: bottled still water, few glasses of water
