The X Factor Diet (or the Cross Factor Diet) is a LIFESTYLE. It is a cross cultural diet and consists of meal plans commonly found in two main lifestyles.  The Diet includes elements from the Mediterranean Diet AND that of the Japanese Diet.

The X Factor, or Cross Diet, has free and available meal plans that are practical and consists of every day healthy and budget friendly foods.

There are two calculations you are required to make:

1. How many kilojoules in which food

2. How much must I eat?

This empowers you to prepare, plan, tailor and execute your meals to be as calorie restricted or not restricted in order to suit your specific and individual requirements.
